Inland Revenue Board (IRB) recently released the 'Taxpayer Roadmap' to explain the income tax administration process. It is a guide that contains a summary of IRB's procedures and processes in terms of tax law, audit process, appeal, collection and litigation. The Taxpayer Roadmap will be available at IRB service counters and can be downloaded from IRB's official portal.
